  • Message content is processed transiently only as required to display conversations to the user and is not stored or analyzed for any other purpose
  • Media files you choose to send, receive, or store

We do not read, sell, or share message content for advertising purposes.

d. Notifications

If you choose to enable push notifications, we store a notification token to deliver alerts.

Notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time.

WaCRM does not process payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases within the mobile app.

Any account access or feature availability is provisioned externally by businesses or administrators and is not purchased inside the app.
