Welcome to Wapnex — an all-in-one cloud-based platform for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram marketing and automation, accessible at api.wapnex.in (hereinafter referred to as “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Wapnex platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy — all of which are incorporated by reference.

5.1 Subscription Plans Wapnex operates on a subscription-based model. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on the platform.
5.2 Payment All payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5.3 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.
5.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will apply from the next billing cycle.
5.5 Taxes All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes based on your location.

8.4 We are not responsible for any restrictions, bans, or actions taken against your WhatsApp number, Instagram account, or Telegram bot by the respective platforms due to your content or usage patterns.
9.1 All content, features, code, design, trademarks, and materials on the Wapnex platform are the exclusive property of Wapnex and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your business purposes during your subscription period.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
9.4 Any content you upload to the platform (contact lists, message templates, media) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide our services to you.
Your use of Wapnex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully at api.wapnex.in/privacy-policy.
We process your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, applicable in India.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
